4 stars on vision, because it clear on what the concept is. I lacks one because it still has a vague meaning as to what this piece symbolizes. For example, is it about oppression, the lack of individualism and being treated like a common drone, or what?
3.5 stars on Originality, it is your concept and your art piece is you original work, but the concept has been used before like in the film Repo Men, for example, when they used bar codes to ID people's organ's.
4.5 stars on Technique since this piece show you have skill (great skill for that matter) when it comes to drawing. The hand shows that you took time in drawing it so it doesn't look alien or something. Basically, this art piece shows great effort and no rush. Why the half and not the full 5 is because of the texture back ground. Thats all.
5 stars on impact, because quite frankly, this is a likely situation to come in the future. They did to people in the holocaust and place serial numbers on them, I don't see what is stopping them. So it has impact, on me at least.
So thank you for submitting this, it really is well done.
